Patricia earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Trinity College and her Master’s degree in Counseling from Lewis and Clark College. She is licensed by the State of Maine as a Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) and is a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor. Patricia’s experience as a wilderness guide for troubled youth inspired her to return to school for her graduate degree in counseling. She has since served as a therapist at wilderness therapy programs across the country for 9 years, working with clients with a variety of diagnoses including substance abuse/dependency, opposition defiance, mood and anxiety disorders, traits of personality disorders, and complex family issues. She is alsois certified in EMDR and Mindfulness. Patricia was born and raised in Maine. She loves baking sweet treats for staff and enjoys horseback riding in her spare time.
